Say goodbye to your spoons: It may look unethical to eat using your finger infront of people, but it can help you lose some extra calories. It has been scientifically proved that if a person eats with his fingers, some harmless germs called flora from your fingers are transferred to the food, that go in your stomach, helping your food to get digested faster.
Assign your-self a specific place to eat: It is indeed a little hard of a routine for those of you who love eating biscotti’s laying on your bed while watching your favorite tv series, but changing your habit can help you lose weight without trying too hard. All you have to do is assign yourself a specific place to eat, forexample, your dining table or even floor. You must go, sit straight in your fixed position and place while eating ANYTHING.
1-    Postures work miracles in shaping your body. The need of toning will be minimized to a great extent only by sitting straight, tucking in your stomach and not leaning on anything while eating.
2-    How many of you will actually go to dining table just to eat a bite of chocolate? Guess not too many. In this way it’ll help you refrain from eating those extra bites of foods which are not exactly calorie-free.
